Our Inspection Hatch Products
Our inspection panels are usually 300mm by 300mm although larger and smaller sizes are available.
They are white, powder coated and have a one hour fire rating.

Inspection Hatch Construction
Constructed from Zintec Steel with a 1.2 mm Frame & 1 mm Door , the removable flush metal door is held within the frame with pin hinges and is supplied with a lock as standard. The panels are supplied with RAL 9010 polyester powder coating, other RAL colours are available upon request. The panel can also be supplied in stainless steel, for installation into moisture rich areas.
Description and Sizes
The panel has a picture frame and is inserted directly into a pre-cut hole, and is screw fixed into position through the side of the panel frame. The panels have a 1 hour fire rating and has been tested to BS 476: Part 22:1987. They are also available with a 28db acoustic rating.
Please note, if building regulations for your property require a fire rating and you fit access panels that are not fire rated, this could compromise your insurance policy.
The panels can be manufactured to order according to minimum and maximum size constraints. The standard range of sizes can be from 300 x 300 mm to 600 x 600mm with a maximum size of 1200 x 600 mm.
